Work Schedule: 1:30pm - 10:00pm Shift
Pay: $15-$18 Plus Commission
POSITION SUMMARY
Make and confirm reservations. May direct passengers to designated pick up locations, make reservations, contact individuals and groups to inform them of package tours, or provide tourists with travel information, such as points of interest, rates, and emergency service.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Attending to incoming calls and chats
- Customer Service
- Closing Sales
- Directing Calls to appropriate departments/terminals
- Upholding the Maverick brand at all times
- Assist supervisors in effectively filing the Flight Board
- Monitor turndowns of tours for any reason
- Monitor partner affiliates calling in to make reservations and their knowledge of the product/flight process
- Stay up to date with changes made to tour products, procedures and office etiquette
- Constantly be present and ware of call and chat volume
- Complete tasks assigned by Supervisors and Managers as needed
- Participate in chat and call reviews conducted by supervisors or managers
- Complete emails coming in personal and shared email boxes
- Communicate potential interdepartmental and intradepartmental issues with Supervisors or Managers

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) College or University Degree preferred
Experience: Must have a minimum of two (2) years of related experience
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
